We are now building a brand new international support team for a leading contact centre, SaaS provider. We are currently seeking an experienced support specialist with Portuguese language skills to help ensure that our customer’s receive a world class user experience.

You will be joining at an exciting time as one of the first members of the new Prague team and will be a key part of the team’s success.


Provide first-class technical customer support in English and Portuguese via phone, email, chat and WebEx
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all products and associated technologies to ensure that all issues are handled properly
Develop expertise in telecommunications, contact center, and related technologies
Identify opportunities to improve or modify products and actively participate in process improvement
Build long-lasting professional relationships with customers and colleagues alike


A minimum of two-years’ experience in technical support environment is required
Experience using or supporting contact-centre software, telecommunications, or computer networking is required
Understanding of networking technologies and telecommunications architecture (PBX, Carriers, VoIP, SIP, IP Routing)
English and Portuguese language skills
