Time to join a fresh new team? We are now building a new technology team for the leaders in cloud contact center solutions. The team will be expanding over the next 12 months with many opportunities available for in technical support, network operations and customer onboarding roles.

Main Tasks for the Technical Support Team are:

Provide technical customer support in English plus one other language using email, chat and WebEx
Demonstrate to our customers, an in-depth knowledge of all products and associated technologies and ensure that all issues are handled properly
Develop your expertise in telecommunications, contact center, and related technologies
Identify opportunities to improve or modify products and processes and actively participate in process improvement
Build long-lasting professional relationships with customers and colleagues alike


Previous experience in experience in a technical support environment is required
Experience using or supporting either contact centre software, telecommunications, or computer networking is required
Understanding of networking technologies and telecommunications architecture (PBX, Carriers, VoIP, SIP, IP Routing)
You are proficient in written and spoken English and French language
You’re a team player
