Sous Chef – Hertfordshire £30000
We’re currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef for an historic hotel and health spa in Hertfordshire. The hotel has 90 rooms and the restaurant provides around 200 covers. The restaurant focuses on healthy, good quality food made from fresh ingredients. The cuisine is a mix of British and international dishes. As the hotel focuses on Spa and wellness, the restaurant also focuses on preparing nutritious and balanced menus.
- Basic gross Annual salary: £30000 Per Annum
- 45 Hours, 5 days per week
- Live in accommodation possible (£220 per month)
- Interviews can be conducted via Skype for interested applicants living outside of the local area
- Start date – ASAP
- Location: This position is based in a beautiful countryside hotel and spa
- Previous experience in a a high volume hotel/restaurant
- Experience in a 4* or 5* hotel would be a plus
- Intermediate level of English language
- Ability to work in an often fast paced, busy kitchen environment
