Senior Sales Executive (IT Services)

As a New Senior Sales Executive, you will approach the prospective customer base with a view to increase the revenue stream for Extelligence, relying on your natural customer focused and target driven mentality.
In this role, you will cultivate relationships with client contacts and your colleagues internally. Depending on the client engagement, the job will involve contacting potential new customers to the client account and taking conversations through to sale.
Senior Sales Executive will provide sales forecasting to the Managing Director and submit requests for customer quotes, perform customer research, and provide regular account updates.
Senior Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
- Experience of selling IT Services to clients
- Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
- Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers.
- Analysing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
- Conducting in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
Senior Sales Executive Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, Communications, or experience in related field is preferred.
- Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous.
- Proven sales management experience.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

The position is based in Prague, Czech Rep, and thus Czech Language along with Fluent English is mandatory.
