Do you want to work for a successful global company in the wholesale industry, and sell a bigger portfolio of products?

A family owned, global trade partner with annual revenues in excess of €250 million, is looking to add an experienced sales manager to their team to be based in the Czech Republic.


Your Role:
You’d be taking a new role for the company for which they have targeted the Czech and Slovak markets as having potential for strong growth.

You’ll have an opportunity to grow your business from scratch, being responsible for the go to market strategy of a product range that covers over 25,000 products; household products, electronics, garden, bicycle, sports and seasonal accessories, toys, tools, car and truck accessories, own brands + licenced and renowned brands.

Add to this, very competitive price levels, a world class service, an impressive showroom and perfect facilities to welcome clients and prospects (10,000m2 based near Eindhoven Airport), and lots of products in stock with very fast delivery times in their 100,000m2 distribution centre, this company has everything you need to be successful.


What’s in it for you?:

  • Salary – 3-3.500€ per month (dependent on your ability to negotiate the salary you think you deserve).
  • Bonus up to 2 months, based on KPI’s (turnover, margin, new business)

About You:
You’re very experienced in the wholesale industry and you’ve got great relationship building skills. It’s likely you’ve got many contacts who are senior management and purchasers of large existing and potential customers in the retail industry who would benefit from such a broad product range.

You’re hands on and enjoy the hunt for new customers, you’re not afraid get stuck in, pick up the phone and start booking appointments with potential customers.

Targets drive you your hunger and desire to succeed. You enjoy working in a competitive market and aim to position yourself as the ‘go to person’ in your industry and region.

Travelling is no problem. You can’t wait to take your potential customers to an impressive showroom in Eindhoven, presenting a range of products in a manner that gives them an experience like no other.

Combine all the above with your fluent Czech and English (Slovak is a benefit but no essential) it sounds like you doesn’t it?
