Your Mission:

You will join a team that needs your sourcing skills to work alongside in-country recruiters, sourcing candidates for niche engineering and other specialist roles. You’ll need to use all your cunning and knowhow to find the people that can’t be found, particularly in in the Benelux region.

It’ll be a tough challenge, the people you’re looking for are in high demand, most will already be employed and whilst finding them might be easy, you’ll need to excel at understanding their needs and motivations to help them see why your company and the roles you have, are better than their current employment.

About You

You already have at least 6 months relevant recruitment experience as an in-house recruitment advisor, outsourced or agency recruiter and are fluent in English.
You’re comfortable with change and have a dynamic and energetic approach to your work with a can do attitude.


If you can demonstrate a desire to learn and develop, are proactive with an inquisitive mind, a focus on solutions, have great communication skills with the ability to coach, persuade and negotiate, can cope well under pressure and show a real interest in understanding the business, this might be the role you’ve been looking for.
