Our 5 star client is looking for future stars

We are currently supporting a newly rebranded and relaunched 5* hotel in central Prague to build a new team that can provide a genuinely excellent dining experience.

The Role

Our reception team is the primary point of call for our guests. First impressions really count and so it is important for us that our guests receive first class check in experience with a warm, personal touch.

Each guest needs to be checked in and checked out during their stay by the reception team. The reception desk is also there to help with any questions or issues that the guests may have. Our reception team are added value problem solvers, who genuinely gain satisfaction from making people’s stay a special one.

Reception takes care of the administration around the guest’s stay and all the paperwork around it. Organisation skills are an important part of the job. Reception also handles and records customer payments.

You will also promote our additional services, including our dining options wellness and spa treatments and in house guests-only gym.

If a guest needs local guidance, booking tickets for shows, advice on shopping excursions, sightseeing tours, taxis, airport transfers etc, you will provide support for them as required.

Job Requirements

  • Personality and attitude are our team’s most important attribute. We need people who are good communicators and strong team players. You will be able to always act professionally and effectively to our guest’s requests.
  • You will have good communication skills in English language, other European language skills are welcome.
  • Previous front of house experience in a well-run hotel with international guests is preferred. If you have similar experience and lots of enthusiasm to learn, you are also welcome to apply.
  • Experience handling cash/credit card payments is also a big advantage.
