Chef de Partie/Sous Chef (Hotel Bistro)
We are now hiring an energetic and talented Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to work in a recently relaunched five star hotel in central Prague. The hotel has rebranded and is now rolling out plans to create a genuine five star experience for their guests.
Currently, the restaurant provides, breakfasts, snacks and bistro level meals for guests. We are looking for chefs that are able to work in an organised way, and produce a consistent product.
The hotel is a long term project and menus and product offerings will develop over time, so we are looking for team members that would like to have a progressive challenge in the coming months.
We are seeking someone with good previous experience in restaurant/hotels, able to communicate in English (we don’t need fluent English). We are seeking someone who would like a settled longer-term employment in a progressive and developing work environment.
We are open to speak to people outside of the Czech Republic who would like to relocate for this position, however, we can only currently employ people with EU Citizenship or Permanent Residency status in the Czech Republic.
