Business Development Manager – Digital Transformation Projects
Are you a Senior Business Development Manager who knows a thing or two about digital solutions and interactive marketing?

We’re working exclusively with NEORIS, a leading global consultancy that co-creates disruptive solutions for digitally aspiring companies to boost connections with their customers, employees and stakeholders. They’re expanding their presence internationally and we’re helping them to find a highly experienced business development manager, to take on a brand new role within the company.
Is this the role for you?:
You’ll have full ownership of the sales function in Europe, building it from scratch. You’ll lead on the development of the sales strategy, designing and executing your own sales plan, which will focus on selling solutions across geographies and market segments to mid-size companies.
You can expect in this brand new role that you’ll be pretty hands on as you will be the key initiator of new business, establishing connections with multiple C-Level executives and travelling regularly to meet with them, to understand their needs and deliver proposals.
Of course you’ll work closely with delivery groups and marketing who will support your go to market plans and demand generation activities. You’ll also have direct access to the CTO and CEO, reporting to them regularly on revenue growth and project acquisitions.
You’re a highly experienced business development manager who really isn’t afraid of building something from scratch, you’ve done it before, you’ve got the connections, and maybe you’ve even worked in a consulting company providing digital solutions. Oh, and you’re very hands on, you enjoy getting stuck in and taking the lead in executing your strategy, delivering results.
You probably know everything there is to know about digital solutions. You have strong experience in proposing solutions to C – Level decision makers and know your way around topics like innovation, strategy & operations, digital architecture, cultural transformation, customer management, big data & analytics and digital delivery centers.
