Would you like a varied role in which, you will be working for a European e-Commerce company, performing a combination of digital marketing and customer service activities for their Danish or Swedish Markets


Customer Service Activities:
Handling all inbound customer communication mainly via chat and email with some direct calls. Typical issues to resolve include:
– Helping customers to navigate the website and place orders
– Providing delivery information
– Processing returns and refunds
– Providing product information

Online Marketing Activities Include:
Working with the Marketing manager, you will provide specialist support for the country you are responsible for.
Typical activities include:
– Translation of new product information from English into Swedish or Danish
– Competition analysis – monitoring pricing and special offers of local competitors
– New marketing channels – seeking out new channels to promote and market products

We are looking for:
New colleagues, don’t need specific experience as we provide full training. Attitude is important to us, we need people with a good customer friendly attitude and someone who is happy working in a small, close team environment.

You will be comfortable speaking English (this is the language we use in the office) and either Swedish or Danish

What we can offer:
We are a successful multinational company, but we’re not a corporate environment. Our Customer team is 20 people from a wide variety of different nations. In total, our Prague office has around 40 full time employees.

The working hours are from 8:30 to 16:00. After training, you have freedom to organise your tasks however you want. You also get two home office days per month.

We also have performance rewards, with small financial bonuses for exceptional work each month and rewards of extra home office days.

We listen to our employees and so, every two months, we have a meeting with management where everyone can discuss improvements to our work, service to customers and any other innovations.
